Featured Event: Architectural Digest Home Design Show
One of my favorite events of the year is the upcoming Architectural Digest Home Design Show
From March 22 to the 25, at Pier 94 (55th Street and West Side Highway) in New York City, some the most talented artisans along with some excellent brands and products showcase their offerings for the home design market. Two of my favorite parts of the show, the “Designer Consultation Suite”, which gets you 20 minutes with a established designer to consult on your own project, and the MADE section, which allows “individual artists and designers of limited edition and/or one-of-a-kind objects and furnishings with an opportunity to promote themselves at the Show.”
Last year, I had the honor to meet and consult with Matthew Patrick Smyth on how to improve my own family room. This year, Architectural Digest will be featuring designers from their honoree list, the NEW AD100, to consult attendees (by appointment only). Go here on or after February 20th to make your appointment.
Tickets for the show are $25 or $95 for the special preview. Registered interior designers and architects get in for free (if you pre-register before March 15th).
For information on complimentary tickets, check back here in early March!
