I was planning a post on the great work of Leslie Gill. However, during my research, I found a great event being hosted tomorrow evening by 92YTribeca, a community center that supports the arts. The event will feature panelists involved in the renovation of three downtown NYC apartments. This is a great chance for homeowners as well as design and construction professionals to get an inside look at the process of NYC home remodeling and renovation. The event is being moderated by Annie Block, deputy editor of Interior Design Magazine and a planning-committee member of both Openhousenewyork and the Design Trust for Public Space.
Here’s a quick recap from the 92Y site:
An inside look at three recently redesigned downtown apartments.
Panelists will share before-and-after photos and floor plans, discuss the design process and answer questions. Featured projects: a young family’s Tribeca loft by Berman Horn Studio, a bachelor’s duplex in Soho by Christopher Coleman Interior Design and a couple’s live/work West Village brownstone by Fawn Galli Interiors and Leslie Gill Architect.
